Driving Highway 70 in a 2019 RAM 1500 Rebel

The drive along Highway 70 from Oroville, California to Quincy, California encompasses some of the most beautiful scenery I've ever seen. To do so in a Dodge Ram Rebel is amazing. This truck is in direct competition with Ford's Raptor, and Raptor is legit competition for Jeep Wranglers when it comes to off - road capability.

The Rebel isn't a gas sipper. It's rated as follows (but I didn't observe these types of fuel economy numbers):

Towing capacity: 6,460 to 7,520 lbsHorsepower: 395 hpMPG: Up to 20 city / 25 highway

Notice that part where it says "up to 20 city and 25 highway"? I'm of the opinion that's purposeful. The computer showed less than 20mpg on the highway. But, hey, when you can afford to drive a Rebel, you can afford to put gas in it. Just buy some stock in Chevron and you'll be alright.

Walk-Around-Review of this 2013 Ford F-350 Crew Cab

I have the privilege of doing something I love for a living: driving cars around, taking photos of them, and posting those photos online for others to see.

Today I was provided with the keys to this awesome piece of machinery: a 2013 Ford F-350 Crew Cab equipped with a 6.7L Powerstroke Diesel.

This truck has all the power any person should ever need in a truck. And the F-350 model has more than enough capacity to fit a nice camper in that bed.

I drove this vehicle from West Mitsubishi in Orland, California, out to Elk Creek, then meandered over near Chico before heading back to Orland.
